Accelerated Benefits Option Rider

(Not available with term policies) Under this rider, you may be able to receive, in advance, a part of your policy's death benefit before you die, if you become terminally ill (written proof will be required) and have less than 12 months to live. The initial benefit wil be 50% of the eligible death benefit or $250,000, whichever is less. Subsequent accelerated benefit may be advanced to cover interest charges or premium payment. Maximum benefit under this rider wil be 80% of the eligible death benefits or $400,000, whichever is less. This rider is not approved in all states. (Form ACC91)
